Branford Bell Tower

 

   Bell Tower

                                                 

I had the oportunity to visited the Branford Bell Tower from inside. Few people have had the opportunity to see the tower from inside, making this occasion unique. To be able to see the operation of the bells I had to climb three floors. In the second there were some viewpoints and an area where they practiced before ringing the real bells. In the third was the instrument that produces the bell sound. There were more floors, but they were located where the bells were and I couldn't went. 




In the first video is one girl playing the sound. In the second video is the view of the viewpoint. It was a breathtaking view, and the bell's sound shook the entire tower. I felt magical.

Yale School of Law

Law   Today I went to the Yale school of Law. The first thing I saw was the library and in my opinion it was fantastic. When you enter you first impresion is all the books and all the places you can sit for study. What I loved about the library are the chandeliers it has. Two things that impress me about the library is the part of Oscar Wilde with his books and the car of books that you can take. .           About the building it has a lot of picture windows with different images about law. Also have paintings of lawyers and judges.

Humanities Quadrangle

 Humanities Quadrangle   To visit this building it was an adventure because I get lost. But that experince give me the oportunitie to seen all the rooms and secrets of the building.  If you don't know, all the buildings of here has bricks with yale word like in the first picture.  The others two pictures are of the places where the students take classes I like it because is to diferent of the classrooms from WLH that is where I am studying.                                                            A curious fact that shocked me is a class that lasts 2 hours.                    This is an american studies lounge.  I saw this in one of the classrooms that were on the first floor   .                                                                          Finally I arrived to the student lounge and that place is beautiful. It has a lot of colors and picture windows. Also the seats are comfortable.  The essence is calm and relaxation after a long day.
